The bakery at FRESH FROM THE VINES is delighted to provide fresh baked goods made from scratch. Organic ingredients are used in all the baked goods whenever possible to ensure the healthiest products we can offer. On our farm, we raise chickens to provide eggs for our delicious cookies and other treats. Our chickens roam freely about the farm, enjoying fresh air, sunshine and living foods (bugs, grass, etc) as well as organic feed. Seasonally, we use our fresh fruits and vegetables grown on our farm in our baked goods, such as apples and carrots for our apple/carrot muffins.
FRESH FROM THE VINES takes pride in sourcing local ingredients. Frankferd farms, www.frankferd.com, located less than 100 miles from our bakery, is our primary supplier of our organic flours, sweeteners and many of the other baking ingredients. Other local, small farms and businesses often have products we purchase to use in our baked goods.
